Dorothy Connell

Services for Dorothy Connell, age 84, of Gleason, TN will be held Friday February 13, 2026 at 2pm at the Gleason Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Hopewell Cemetery in Gleason. Visitation will begin Friday morning at 11am and go until time of her funeral service. She was married to Jerry Connell for 62 years. They are survived by their four daughters, Patrice Devine of Louisville, KY, Denise Connell of Gleason, Cris (Mark) Stafford of Gleason, and Camille (Tommy) Legins of Martin. Dorothy leaves behind eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and four brothers. 

Dorothy worked at the Bank of Gleason for 46 years until her retirement in 2015. She loved her family and her home where she lived the last 55 years. She was so very loved, and will be greatly missed.
