Services for Billy J. Skinner age 74 of Greenfield, TN, will be held Monday March 2, 2026 at 1 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home in Greenfield. Burial to follow in Rose Hill Cemetery in Greenfield. Visitation will begin Monday morning at 11 a.m. and go until time of his service at the funeral home. Billy is survived by his loving wife Neva Skinner, one daughter Audria Jackson, along with three grandchildren. He also leaves behind sisters Dean Jackson, and Faye Shane, along with brothers Ed Skinner and Leonard(Rose)Skinner. He is preceded in death by his father Mitchell Skinner, mother Novella Martin, daughter Sabrina Bailey, sister Rose Mitchell, and brothers James Skinner, Gerald Skinner, and Nathaniel Skinner.
